About Us

We are John & Gemma, a husband and wife duo who started our cake business, Gemma's Cakes in 2012.  Since then our focus has developed into wedding cakes and we pride ourselves on providing a personal and attentive service to our couples.

In 2019 we decided to further develop our business into personalised cookie favours and gift sets made using our family shortbread recipe.  This has become so popular with our client base in Northern Ireland we have decided to expand into the UK and Ireland offering a postal service.
